Buildings Engineering Systems Design and Installation

 

Engineering systems are the basis of a building. The correct and thorough BES design is a guarantee not only for the safe and long-term operation of a modern building but also makes the building a great place to be in. Engineering systems determine profitability, energy efficiency and environmentally friendly operation of the building. Correctly designed engineering systems allow to optimize building maintenance costs and to integrate operation and control into a single information space. It allows the system administrators not only to respond to critical service failures in time, but also to perform an active monitoring of functioning of all BES components for their optimization.

- Special project documentation development and coordination;

- The engineering systems installation, including delivery of all necessary equipment, commissioning works, putting into operation.
