Sales manager

 

We are seeking an individual who communicates with assigned sales representatives on a regular basis to monitor accounts, approve sales orders, and provide guidance on product positioning and sales strategy.​ This individual will work with sales representatives to create customer pricing strategies and proposals that ensure successful achievement of revenue and performance goals.

 

General duties:

- Manage all aspects of project including scope development, contract negotiations, cost control, staff management, quality control
- Responsible for managing and delivering quality projects on-time, within budget
- Plan, develop marketing and sales goals
- Ensure customer satisfaction with products and services
- Drives sales growth through customer/​product knowledge, ability to identify key opportunities, and to implement marketing & growth programs
-Must demonstrate strong organizational skills and have the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously


REQUIREMENTS:

 

- 5+ years experience with sales, business development, managing customer relations and/or companies

-  Must be a leader.​ Ability to have people listens to you and follows your orders.​  Do not apply if you do not have the ability to lead others.​
-  Hand's on approach (product demonstrations, customer training, trade show experience), is preferred
- Experience with distribution and/​or channel partner relationships & management Good communication skills with the ability to lead and teach others
- Comfortable with technology, i.​e.​ web-based training, web-based sales portals
